Vitaly has served in various senior leadership roles at Fortune 500 and private equity energy companies for over 25 years, leading many significant transactions, mainly focused on M&A, business & project development, regulatory and PPA/asset management. He started his career as a Tax Consultant with Arthur Andersen focused on due diligence projects for his energy company clients. Since then, he’s led and been involved in the development and management of various energy projects, including coal- and gas-fired, hydro power, geothermal and thermal solar and PV Solar and ESS. Vitaly holds an MBA from Marshall School of Business at USC and an MPA from Biden School of Public Policy at the University of Delaware.
