He will focus on enhancing execution consistency, strengthening project delivery, and driving cost efficiency across Qcells EPC’s growing solar and BESS pipeline.
“Bob is a strategic-minded executive and proven operator with deep EPC expertise and a strong track record of delivering results at scale,” said Chris Hodrick, CEO of Qcells EPC. “His ability to lead complex projects, build high-performing teams, and improve operational performance makes him an ideal fit as we continue to expand our U.S. footprint and deliver certainty to our clients.”
Prior to joining Qcells EPC, Conshue held senior leadership roles at major renewable energy and construction organizations, including overseeing utility-scale solar and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects, leading global EPC program management offices, and directing large multi-project portfolios across the U.S. and international markets. He is widely recognized for improving margins, optimizing supply chains, and successfully executing projects ahead of schedule and under budget.
“I’m excited to join Qcells EPC at such a pivotal time of growth in the U.S. energy market,” said Conshue. “Qcells has built a strong reputation for quality and innovation, and I look forward to working with the team to further strengthen operations, enhance safety performance, and deliver world-class projects for our partners and customers.”
